A super shop, the people are superb and can handle any challenge on a custom build...I've bought 6 bikes from this shop and ive had some customization to every one of them.
My last 2 mountain bikes have come from Trail Head and I will be purchasing my 3rd from them when that time comes. I have used all sorts of good bikes shops in different cities and states but nothing comes close to the service Trail Head brings to the customer. Their attention to detail and industry knowledge on cycling can't be beat!
My wife and I went to Trailhead to look for a new mountain bike. We mainly chose this shop because of the Internet reviews. And we are so glad we did. It’s a small shop with a big shop feel and the customer service is second to none. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient (because my wife and I are both new to the sport). They answered all our question and never pressured us or tried to sway you into buying more expensive items or accessories. Great service, great quality, and good prices what more can you ask for.
