I usually have always felt welcomed & comfortable when I'm in there. They have a good variety of products.
While the store was clean, the staff did not talk to us (my husband and I) until we checked out. I was not asked if I needed help finding anything. The woman at the register checked to see if the toy worked but did not show me it did, nor did she wear any gloves whole handling the product which is unsanitary. I felt very unwelcome. The staff seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Don't know what it's like for porn shopping but for other things they were quite helpful...
When i went in the store there were two people behind the counter and no other customers in the store. Both employees seemed like they would rather be somewhere else rather than dealing with customers (doing their job). I was told I couldn't bring my purse in the store. I said "Really?! I've been in this store many times and have never been told that, and had my purse each time because my WALLET with my MONEY is in my purse!!!!!!" Wal-Mart is a much bigger store and doesn't ask that of their customers! I understand the problems of theft in stores, as I was a store manager for years; however, this is ridiculous! I left without purchasing anything and they seemed relieved not to have to deal with another customer. Definitely were not concerned about sales! Will not go back again!!!
