Bought a 2005 Kia from them. Kia has transmission problems and it's my job to fix it. They won't assist with repairs but they'll tell you to go to their mechanics to get it done. I gave 2 stars because the people are nice at least and although the van is spotty what can you expect from a used car?
Now I am mad. Bought a vehicle from Nick on February 23 paid cash and was told the vehicle had been inspected and since we live in Hamilton County it has to pass emissions. My husband was told it would. Ran it through emissions and was told they could not pass it because a wire that causes the check engine alert had been disconnecred or cut. On February 27th my car broke down. We have replaced the battery twice and the alternator twice. It is still broke down after paying a buttload of money at a shop to have it repaired. I called the dealership today and spoke with Nick who at first got rude with me. He told me he NEVER told my husband it would pass emissions or that it had been inspected because they dont inspect them nor do they know if they would pass emissions. Hmmmmm this is from THEIR FB Page. I told them my husband put 4 brand new tires on the car and had the oil changed only to have it break down 2 days later. Nick asked why we would put new tires on a car that was not running. Again this is straight from THEIR fb page. It states their cars are inspected and will pass emissions.

When we got there the customer service was good. Told them what we wanted and they pointed us in that direction. Test drove a car and was told there was nothing wrong except a water pump. So deciding to buy it. It was in our price range. Not even a week later we have put in 700 dollars in work. The heat doesn't work. The air blows out then switches to defrost on its own. And a few other problems that the dealer did not notify us about. When we went back to see if we could get help they refuse. That's just my experience and I will not use them again. Nor will I suggest any one else.
No pushy sales people. Helpful and friendly great for establishing credit. Yet to see how the car does. So far so good.!!!
