The best car wash in town. Quality job all the time.
As the employee was drying my car after the wash, he broke the driver's door outside handle. After calling his employer/owner, Walter, I was told to come few days later to talk to the owner. I arrived to the site and instead of apologizing for what happened in his business and offering to fix the door handle, the owner was extremely rude and asked me questions about my car, how old it was and implying that it's time for the door handle to break!! I was extremely surprised by his rudeness and his wife's, who started also talking to me in vulgar language. I did not understand why I was treated that way when I barely opened my mouth. It occurred to me later that it was my skin color. The owner took my information and said he would contact me. He never did and I promised myself to not deal with them ever again. What a shame for something like this to happen in a place like Cleveland.
