This office is the best place for kids!!! My kids love coming here. All the doctors are very friendly and are good with my little boy and girl. They love the video games and tree house. But their favorite part is the prize box at the end of the appointment!! My husband even wants to get his teeth cleaned there.
I tried to make an appointment, we’re new to the area. The receptionist was VERY rude, she acted like I wanted a kidney because she had to take down our information. It felt like she was trying to make the process as difficult as possible. We have very good(private) insurance and she immediately assumed we had state insurance and asked for my kids ages and demanded to know their pediatricians number and laughed at me and mocked me when I said he saw specialists. She was rude and obtuse. This place looks great, but from my first impression they don’t want to deal with people calling to make appointments.
