After attempting to work with another company locally from before Thanksgiving to almost Christmas (Mountain Gas) and hearing about Hearthside from others, I gave them a call. The experience was great. I had the logs picked out, installation scheduled and a fireplace that worked within the week. Very happy with the purchase and the service received by each aspect, sales and install. Sometimes blessings come when other doors shut. Happy we found Hearthside! No worries about not having heat now if the power goes out. The logs look great! Thank you!
I recently ordered a thermostat for our electric heater. The manuals on the website were very detailed and allowed me to pretty easily find the part we needed. The part arrived in a couple of days and the directions on the website from the manual helped us to remove the old thermostat and replace it with a new one pretty easily, though it did take awhile to replace because of all of the stove parts we had to remove to get at the thermostat. Our electric heater is now up and running fine again. I would definitely go to this website again for problems.
I looked for my fireplaces replaceable panels for about 6 to 8 months. I sent an email to Hearthside and Kevin sent back the exact part number needed with all the specs, and a much better price than I had found anywhere else. I'll definitely be working with them again for any future needs,
3/9 - Update: We managed to use all the propane in the two tanks. I sent a request to have them refilled earlier this week. It was handled promptly. I had new propane the very next day! Happy with quality of service! So glad it worked out for us to give Hearthside our business. Don't hesitate to give them your business.
As a Service Technician, I have to source parts from all over the country, my experience with Hearthside has been nothing but GREAT. I generally have the information on what I need and just have to place an order with them, but sometimes I need a little more help, and they've been there to assist.
