I wish I could mark 0 stars.. sitting there for 2 hours with bleeding from a c section incision and not one person looked at it to even see how bad or not it was. I ended up leaving I should’ve known better cause every time I have to go to this hospital it’s never a good experience!!
The emergency room is horrible. The wait is sometimes 5+ hours. For you to be in a room like 10 mins. Real doctors doesn't exist at the e.r all nurse practitioner s. The women's center is great. They have a very friendly environment.
You may die in the lobby, waiting to get seen. 2hrs and still waiting. Poor healthcare at maximum cost. Last time here got charge for room and all it was, was a chair in a room, no bed. Family member got changed for a room and never seen a doctor or got in a room. She only seen the nurse.
When first greeted the guy Jonathan at the admissions desk was super rude i asked a question And he was totally rude i was very shocked that they would have this person as the first person to represent the hospital. I proceeded to other areas and was greeted nicely from a lady named pat and some more staff they all seemed friendly and helpful. I would love to give the rating higher but he (Jonathan)last name not stated on staff cards at the front desk totally set my opinion about this place that by choice I would go somewhere else to avoid feeling like I'm bothering someone by asking a question or signing in to the place that I help pay him to be rude and unhelpful to others like myself. If he acted that way to me I can't imagine how he acts to others that really need assistance.
I sat here for four hours waiting to be seen with people around me that had been waiting a lot longer than me. Don’t waste your time go on to Chattanooga.
