I went in looking to replace a family heirloom ring that was stolen from me. They were so welcoming and helpful. I went in a few times over several months prior to commissioning my ring to be made. They were warm, friendly and took time with me every time I went in. Each time they treated me as if it were the first time I came in the store. The former, even when I left without purchasing anything. I will never use another jeweler. I highly recommend them. Being a victim of theft is a horrible experience. Their warm helpful attitude combined with their extensive knowledge of the gem world made my situation so much better. If you are looking to get a one of kind piece of jewelry for that special someone, do yourself a favor and stop by this store. We had an amazing experience while here. We traveled from Atlanta Georgia to come up here to get my ring cleaned because it was a love story design ring. They clean my ring and inspected it for free and they redipped the ring for us. They were so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that our experience was top-notch. Not only is this the best Jeweler I believe in Tennessee but probably in all of the United States. It is well worth the drive from Atlanta and we will be here whenever we need to buy a new piece of jewelry. They have our business for life.
