The establishment is clean but Seating is minimal & outdated plus it's Too crowded on weekends. Mostly families w/ridiculous loads of clothing frequent here.Sorry to say ,Open late nights til 12 midnight,open some holidays & FREE WiFi are the only real perks here.
Nice place little place. Not too busy. First time use on the machines is kind of confusing but do a great job cleaning. Runs a fabric softener cycle even if you don't use any softener. 18 minute quick wash. Wifi does not work and that was my biggest complaint as I wanted to do some work on my laptop. One of the coin machines doesn't work. I'd like if there were more tables and more baskets. Only open until midnight.
We come biweekly and have been for the past year. Maintenance on machines rarely occurs and coin machine is often out of order. Management NEVER answers calls or texts (I've reached out to them several times about issues with machines), so use the facilities at your own financial risk. The University Laundry is much better maintained, and has a GREAT staff that is always available; however, we've had our clothes stolen from there more times than we can count; not to mention the countless solicitors that come through looking for extra coins, that we don't go anymore. This is the only other "safe" option on the south side of town. Safe, but not the best. Somebody buy this place out and put a respectable property manager in place!!
Machine number 11 ate my money. The door kept reading that it wasn't closed well I myself and another customer tried to get the door latched ( following the instructions on the machine) nothing worked. So after giving up I attempted to get my money back nope wasnt happening. Guess who didnt answer the phone or the door. $2.25 means nothing to them but when you only have enough cash to do what you came for its a big deal. So thanks cause I'm leaving with wet clothes. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because the machines are kept clean. Can't say much about proper working order
Machine 11 ate my coins. It's the first washer you walk upon. Don't be tempted to use it. Ugggggghhhh
