ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Jerry Hoffer and his office staff are absolutely wonderful. I love the virtual website that is used to keep you informed of every step of the process and what exactly is being done. His personality and complete honesty is refreshing in a world full of untruths. I have retained Jerry on 2 separate cases now and even though the cases were questionable and only a 50/50 chance to be successful somehow Jerry did it and we won. I definitely will use Jerry Hoffer in any further proceedings I am involved with and will refer him to everyone I do and don't know. He changed my life and I will be forever grateful!
Bradung is spot on. This man has no business representing a fly on the court room wall. He probably fails to recognize your name, Bradung, because he refuses to have anything but a virtual relationship with his clients. He is unprepared for court and disrespectful to his clients. He refers to them as "bitches" and sends written correspondence to them, mocking them with quotes they used in the court room. If you want to be a dollar sign instead of a human, let Jerry represent you. The world has hardened you, sir, and I do hope you treat your daughters with more respect than you treated mine.
Jerry represented my husband's dispute with his ex wife. He was ok but kind of brash, even though not directed to us personally. He made it sound like we had a solid case. Unfortunately it wasn't. I just had the impression that he really didn't care. He was a little abrupt. I felt like he was only interested in money and not the client. Win some lose some. That's fine, but kindness goes a long way. People seeking council are hurt, confused, upset and he should be a bit more empathetic.
