We have stayed here several times, great bed and night sleep, nothing fancy but carpets have been replaced with laminate flooring, we will definitely will stay again
3.) While they do have laminate floors instead of carpet, which is I admit a plus, the floors are never mopped or cleaned to remove dust. They are only swept with an old style broom that will only remove bigger stuff than dust.
Not fancy but clean. Comfy beds. Couldn't ask for better management. Harry is wonderful! Courteous, friendly, a real gentleman.
6.) I note that some people reported seeing bugs, I can't say that I did.
1.) No advertised prices other than by word of mouth by the Manager. Management pulls their prices out of their head on a whim and would probably haggle with you if they thought they could get away with it.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a woman's name & phone number written on the bathroom mirror to begin this experience. Shoes were kept on, because of the way the floor looked. Oh, and the roaches!!! They were everywhere! We left at approximately 3:00 a.m., due to the fear of bugs crawling on us. NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! Sleeping in your car would be a better option.

5.) The fridge is probably the smallest size they could get away with. Also no freezer.
8.) If you need a relatively cheap place to stay for a week with better room, a decent fridge and freezer and such, it's better to go with the Mountain View Inn of Cleveland Tn.
On several counts, I will not stay here.
2.) The prices they give you are based on how knowledgeable you are on the going rates in the area.
4.) No serious space. The rooms are small.
7.) Even though there is a sign outside each door stating that there is no smoking in the rooms, the room I was in smelled of cigarettes.
