I was in a bind. I called and Chuck answered and came out and hooked up my new kitchen and bathroom faucets. He was so awesome! I will not call anyone else!
Clogged pipe, had tried a snake, boiling water, plunging the kitchen sink, nothing worked. Called Cleveland Plumbing based on Google reviews after my "regular" plumber failed to call me back for 6 days. Fast service! Called at 4:30pm & my drain was unclogged by 5:45pm the same day. Thank you! A week without a kitchen sink is no small thing.
Absolutely wonderful service, we will never call anyonelse! Affordable, nice and very professional. Fixed multiple things wrong with our new home and we couldn't be more pleased.
I won't call anyone else now. I had a Saturday emergency and Charles did not ream me with an extravagant charge like my local plumbers wanted to do. And they wouldn't even come out on Saturday! I would have had to wait until Monday and I had water gushing out of my wall!
There needs to be more businesses like Cleveland Plumbing.
He did not call or show. He quoted a time between 3 and 4 but did not show or call. I called him, which he said he will be 1 1/2 to 2 hours late. Again he did not show or call. I tried contacting him again this time no response. I do not recommend this company
