I have had so many services over the years at Berywood. It is a wonderful place with wonderful people. The prices are reasonable and results are excellent. You are always made to feel comfortable and welcome. Just like home.
Purchased a gift card for my mom & I only to be told on two separate occasions that I called that they were booked up & I would have to call back another day. Pay in mind our gift certificate expires on April 25th & the business is only open bank hours making it completely impossible to schedule an appointment throughout the week if you work. So of course I try & schedule on the "every other Saturday" they're open & always get the excuse of "we're booked up" I'm starting to get the feeling that because I was sold these through a sales agent & they weren't making any extra money off this that I was not a valued customer. Currently having to jump through hoops to try & get a refund because they refuse to extend their expiration date even though they always fail to have enough people on staff. Beyond disappointed with their customer service & business. I had high hopes if I liked the place to come back for more routine work since they seemed to be a more "high end" spa place for Cleveland but I was obviously mistaken I'll take my business to Chattanooga.
My husband bought me a gift certificate and I decided to get a pedicure. On my way to Berywood, I get a call saying I would have to wait 10 minutes and that was fine. I get there and waited a little over 30 minutes. I used the bathroom while I was there but it had no toilet paper. When asked for toilet paper, I was given the roll to put it in the bathroom. I get called into the room and the girl just asked me what colors I wanted (never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted since there were several) and started working on me. She never looked at me, never said a word the whole time I was there (besides answering a few questions I had) and spent several minutes on her phone (texting, facebook?) in the middle of my pedicure. When she was done, she just walked out of the room and was processing payment while I was trying to get out of the chair without messing up my feet. I was so disappointed with my "spa" experience. I feel I could have gone to the Chinese place at the mall and feel like I got my money's worth
