The food is great, but the tab can add up quickly. Not an economical option for a family looking to eat on a budget.
I had a Turkey sandwich on cranberry walnut bread, it was delicious as always. The heaters on the outside dining area were a little too warm. But overall a very nice dining experience.
However, I enjoy bottomless drip coffee with friends for a couple of hours each Sunday morning while we play Dungeons & Dragons, and the staff has always been hospitable.
Old review: Friendly staff, quick service and you can't beat a Panera with a drive through window!
The food here is good but the Cleveland Panera has zero quality control. I’ve ordered rapid pick up and or from the drive through several times and each time the order is wrong and or missing something. Just tonight I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and when I got home I realized the only thing missing was the tuna salad...again, zero quality control. The Panera in Hixson is much better than this one.
The Mediterranean Salad w/quinoa is quite good. For extra protein, add chicken & you have a balanced meal. If you're hanging out longer w/friend's, try their delicious pumpkin muffin tops.
Initially I was pleased with the drive through window. But after living her for some time, im unsure how a Panera can ALWAYS be out of blueberry muffins?
