I love this place. I got the best car deal in the market from here a few weeks ago and the car is still in excellent shape and I still look for cars even now just to check on how the prices are going and I still couldn't find any deal close to my deal with this place. They are awesome they even sent me the extra pair of keys to my house and I didn't have to drive 20 mins to get it. I highly recommend this place with the high quality staff that works there.

My experience with Kia was awesome. I was so nervous about a huge purchase but the team put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Jeremy was outstanding as a sales person and I will send everyone I know looking for a vehicle to him. He never gave me the run around. He listened to my concerns when it came to getting a vehicle. I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul and I am loving it. It meets all my expectations. He took the time to explain everything about the vehicle to me before I left in it. The other guys that I worked with were Jamie and Andy and they kept me informed of everything going on in the process. I wasn't expecting to leave in a brand new 2017 model but these guys pulled it off and got a better deal for me on it than the 2016 I was originally trying to purchase. The entire experience from the salesman to financing was amazing. The team worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Jeremy and the other associates at Kia of Cleveland.
