Quick service . great body work , my car is like new again
They are liar's!! I called to see the status of my car since they hadn't given me an update for the 7 days they had it and when I spoke to someone they lied about leaving me a message and lied to me saying my husband told them to keep the car till the 8th day. (I had a rental car and everyday we were getting charged so the sooner they had it done the less I'd pay) When I pick up my vehicle and came home I realized the interior on the driver's ceiling was all covered black with dirty finger prints from the mechanic. ( Not just one hand of finger prints I mean the whole side of the driver's side from coming in and out) I called them immediately to let them know and they lady was so rude to me almost trying to defend the mechanic from dirting my car. She then told me I would have to make an appointment for them to view it and that would not guaranteed it to be cleaned that day which meant I would have to make another appointment for them to clean it. I don't have anymore patience or time with this company!
This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They have lied and kept my mothers car for over 8 weeks. Which meant she had to pay for a rental car. They called and told us that the car was ready but needed to be cleaned up so they would call the next day. They didn't. No word on Monday the following day so on Tuesday I called them - it still was not ready but she (the receptionist) told me she would try to have it ready by the end of the day because the rental car was up and we really needed to get her car. She told me to be there by 5 so we were there and when we went to look at the car oh my word it was dirty, it still had a scratch on the door that was supposed to be new. It had "bonding compound" on the hood. The back hatch once we opened was all bunched up not smooth at all. Mom was so not happy. The manager came out and said he was sorry it was not right, that they had not replaced the doors, the roof was not clean he would see that it was cleaned up better, he also said he didn't know what a KIA was supposed to look like. The receptionist was the one that washed it and she told us she was not tall enough to wash the top or dry it and that was just water spots. They did offer to pay for the rental car and he assured us the car would be done the next day he would personally call me. Wrong - another lie. Didn't have the car done the next day. They finally called the next day. Mom was ok with the car not happy but felt like this was going to be the best it would be. She gave them a $8600.00 check they already had $1000.00 check from insurance and they would not give her the car because they said she owed $250.00 for the deductible mom didn't have the money and asked if she could bring it Monday she had already turned the rental in. They said NO
which meant she was going to have to wait an hour in the rain because they were closing for me to get there from work. Long story she put the deductible on a credit card and left. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These guys get the parts cheap and charge like 50 Bucks an hour for labor. They want to fix things the easiest way that cost the most and takes the longest. They told me my car was totalled and it was only going to cost 400 for the parts and they wanted to charge 2000 labor. If my uncle was alive he could have fixed my cat for 500 easy.
ABRA went out of their way to accommodate me in getting personal effects out of my daughter's car, when it was completely totaled, and they were not going to get the chance to do the work on it. They were friendly and kind, and if I ever have the need for their services, I would choose this facility, just because of their great courtesy. Thank you so much!
