The staff here is by far the most friendly and helpful in the area. I found the cheapest tires for my car here. If you come at the right time, they can have you in and out of here in no time. I will never go anywhere anywhere else.
I've had 2 different experiences with this place. They are supposed to be big time company. Well there is this one salesman who has been pushy and rude every time I seen to.get him. Next time I'm just going to wait for the next available person. The first time I was getting tires for my prius and He was trying to get me to buy the most expensive ones when I stated that I'm looking for a cheaper price tire, gave him the price range of what I was looking for and still tried to get me to buy the more expensive ones. So right before I hit my 6,000 mile Mark to have them rotated I heard what sounded like a knot on the tire so I brought it in and they checked it out. It took me right at 2 hrs nadto they told me there was a nail in the tire. They said they fixed it and I took the car home. That next morning my tire was FLAT!!!! I aired it up to 35psi and when I got here it was down to 20! I waited 3 hrs to get it fixed. So I go home and that next day I checked the tire because it looked low. And guess what it had deflated some so I brought it back. That time I waited like 1.5 and they said it was leaking around the rim. So here I am again at the lovely discount tire in Cleveland TN, this time I brought in some tires and wheels to be mounted and balanced and everything. Well I was wanting to put them on my truck but this SAME guy informed me they were to big and they would scrub. So I called my boyfriend to inform him of this and He said I know I was going to lift the truck some. The salesman made a comment "planning to and actually doing it is two totally different things" yeah that's rude for someone to say that. And then I decided to just have them mount and balance and me take them home and He makes the comment " I hope your boyfriend isn't just going to put them on once you get home!!!" So now my prius has the same sound I'm going to bring it back and I promise if they disappoint me any other time I will not go back to this location I would much rather drive somewhere where my services are appreciated my time and my money. There I just feel like an inconvenience. I understand people get busy but don't tell someone it'll be less than an hour and you have to wait two hours. I am just now leaving and I dropped my wheels and tires off at 4 and it is 5 minutes till 6 the guy told me that it would be an hour or less.
Great staff. If possible see Scotty Hall. The guy is super friendly and took great care of me .
