I purchased a LG 55" OLED TV from Johnny Bergeron at the Cleveland, TN store, one of a few that I have purchased from this store since moving to Cleveland in 2010. After a few days home I tried to play a DVD in my LG Blu-ray player but I had no sound. After I tried everything I knew to do, I called Johnny at the store and within 30 minutes he came to my house, tried to resolve the sound issue and determined that the TV was defective. Johnny, with the help of another associate, brought another TV to my home the next day, traded out the defective TV for the new TV, programmed the new TV, checked to make sure that all sound functions worked correctly for the cable TV and my Blu-ray player. I didn't have to do a thing, Johnny handled everything! You certainly don't get this level of customer service and support at any of the box stores! If you want peace of mind for your electronics, appliances, etc. then only shop at Electronic Express! I want to commend Johnny and the store manager Bhavik Patel, for their superior efforts in supporting their customers!
Drew was extremely knowledgeable on just about anything having to do with sound or smart TVs, he was a massive help in helping me decide on what type I wanted. Considering the size of the store, I thought their TV selection was pretty impressive. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my experience.
Just bought a Surface Pro 4 from the Cleveland store. GREAT customer service! Very kind with great cooperation and understanding of the customer's needs. Would definitely go back again for further purchases of electronics and appliances!
Went into the Cleveland store with an issue with my laptop. Matt greeted me and took care of the issue with the laptop. Very impressed with their customer service and will be doing business with them again.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Justin, and Bell. If you're in the market for new appliances I highly recommend you start there first.
