They got me a phone as fast as possible and treat you well respect. The employees are there to help you and that's just what they do
Very BAD experience. I went in yesterday and asked if someone could walk thru how to set up Auto Pay for a certain week. I was told from Sprint that you can't do that, if you do then your amount will prorated each month because the bill isn't on the same actual day each month. Which made no sense to me. The 14th of this month isn't going to ever been on the same day but the money will always come out on the 14th. During my question, no one actually gave me there attention, all three of the workers were behind the desk on there phones and one answered there own personal cell phone. Meanwhile there were several customers in the store and no one was being helped. So as I'm walking out of sprint, a customer told me exactly how to set up autopay, he walked me thru it all and I got it set up WITH NO PRORATED AMOUNT. I've been to this store several times and I hate it every time because they are rude and don't ever actually help you. So I call sprint and they told me to go to a corporate store for now one, which this sprint isn't corporate, it's owned by absolute wireless. So if I was y'all I would make the trip to Chattanooga and go to Sprint store that will actually help you and give you respect.
Really amazing store. Amanda has helped us with upgrades and all our wireless needs for several years now and she’s the best in the biz. She’s always super kind and also very knowledgeable and makes sure she explains everything very well. Go see Amanda.
People working here are very nice and try their best to help. The do have limits on some issues because they are not a actual Sprint corporate store. Nearest one is in Chattanooga.
Your the owner of a terrible spirnt store and I did purchase from this store I have receipts!!! I DID POST THIS REVIEW TO MANY OTHER PLACES SO THEY KNOW MUCH YOU LIE and FAKE ADVERTISING WITH FAKE NEWS! YOU HAVE CUNNING WAYS OF MARKETING THIS STORE! I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SPRINT! I HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF HOW I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR SIX HOURS AND STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PROBLEM RESOLVED. THAT IS NOT A REPLY I WOULF EXPECT. SHOWS HOW UNPROFESSIONAL YOU ARE. This is a cunning company and are in cahoots with the (customer via sprint) and who ever is paying for their harassment. I was on the phone with them and sprint for a total of 6 hours trying to resolve a debt that i did not owe. Upon asking for proof from sprint they told my VSG had the records, then said they were deleted. When I called VSG they said they have no proof and sprint has it. I then pressured sprint with if there is no proof of my data use and phone it was connected to there is no debt. She intimidate found out that there was actually no data usage it was an accidental reactivation the same day i had canceled my service. I asked if the service was even cancelled she claimed yes. I didn't own any previous debt because i couldn't have cancelled and verified with another representative. I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS ON VIDEO AND PROOF SPRINT TRIES TO TRICK YOU. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR HOUR. I CANT WRITE WHAT A VIDEO SHOW If you are trying to help me get my videos out there make a marketing theme, or from verizon or any other company please help IF YOU HAVE A YOUTUBE CHANNEL PLEASE HELP. You've been hooked by Sprint the S in sprint looks more like a hook as does the s in sourcing
