The older , skinny, short haired , lady at the front desk is very rude and insulting. I will not come back to this facility . I will go to a private gym because of her attitude.
I have used this facility on and off for 11 years. Most of the staff are great. The main problem I have is with some of the front desk staff. Not only are they rude at times, but I have had them argue with me about things. I have learned to come in on day shift when the managers are around if I have an issue. The last straw for me was when the front desk was very rude to a family member new to the area I invited to swim one day. She said she almost left because of the way she was treated. It was very embarrassing to me. I cancelled my membership the next month. I don't know if I will rejoin next summer or find another summer time actually.
The YMCA is a great place for the whole family to play any sports
Their after school program is horrible. And on top of that there's no one there that even cares if it's horrible.
