This place is great. The staff is extremely friendly and knows who I am (they check me in when they see me walk in the door, don’t have to scan my card). The place is always clean. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star is not having some of the equipment I’d like to use, but I still make do just fine.
The Cleveland PF facility is great! The staff is courteous and the equipment is clean and functional! Even at "peak" times there are plenty of machines to insure a great workout!
So, I normally go at night I work till midnight regularly and I recently went in earlier in the day and wow, it was super busy compared to at night, but it wasn't crazy. The atmosphere is always super chill. I love the black card benefits and I always try to take advantage of bringing a guest. The staff is few but very polite and I've never been hassled by any other gym members. The locker rooms stay super clean. Would definitely recommend you to ask a friend to take you with them to see how it works.
Great pricing. Excellent equipment. Clean. Friendly. Seems a bit short on staff. Can be hard to find help. Black card is totally worth it.
