Don't buy your propane here. Not only do you have to wait a long time for a worker to help you they charge sales tax to everyone. Per TN state law anyone purchasing propane for heating is exempt from TN sales tax. Not here, they want to do things differently.
Propane people are off the chart. We waited 15 minutes for someone to fill he starts then stops and says oh I can't see the month on this so here's your tank bye bye.. but I can offer you a new tank.......... Are you kidding me... I always come here... Bet I don't now and I live at a campground and bet everyone will here about this...

Good people, locally owned unlike other big places. Employees always friendly. Manager very helpful.
The store itself has a nice selection but it is over priced. A plain Tshirt with the Elder's Hardware name on it caught my eye until I seen the $12 price tag. Walmart sells similar shirts for $7. I looked at a couple other items but the price turned me away. Complete different experience from the Ace Hardwares I'm use to going to. It should just be Elder's Hardware.
