Inventory and proximity to my house is usually the only reason I come to this location. Customer Service is atrocious almost every visit. If you know what you need and you know where in the store to find it, you will be fine. However, if you need assistance, don't expect much help, or a pleasant experience. Especially the associates who work in tools and hardware, some of the worst employees I've ever dealt with.
This particular Lowe's was a bit more cluttered than others I have visited. Overall, It was easy to navigate and the prices were quite fine. More than likely will come back soon!
They never have even the most common Mapei grout & caulk colors. But they can special order for you and you can wait 2-3 weeks. I'll get my stuff elsewhere!
My Husband & I just went there this last Sunday and needed to purchase a couple things. Scott, the store manager came to help us with the pricing and concern - he was extremely nice, down to earth and funny! I am glad he was able to help us out!!! We will be back :) Thanks !
I spend way too much $ @ Lowes to give the anything more than a 4 star review. Love the store and the products hate how much it cost to do projects. .sorry yall
