Always slow, always packed, always rude service.
Come on! Is Bradley county so broke we can't hire workers? Must we really be held hostage, miss work, and be ignored due to poor management and a lack of system to accommodate the public?
It's 4th of July week. Monday-computers down. Wednesday back logged because computers are STILL down! Waited 2.5 hours. Left. Went back today- Thursday. Place is packed and line standing not moving. ONE slow worker. REALLY? After two days of no computers???? Every time the phone rang, she took the call while all the multitude waiting had to wait even longer.
To my surprise very fast and friendly service. Use the kiosks instead of standing in line to make your experience quick and painless. I believe our branch has bumped it up a notch since my last visit. Very Pleased. Thank you Cleveland!
I went this morning and was quite surprised and pleased. Although there were quite a number of people there, there were also 6-7 employees working, and they were moving right along. From the time I walked in the door, Went to the kiosk and helped myself, got called to take my picture and get my copy, I was back out the door. A total of 20-25 minutes. Thanks so much for making the experience easily bearable.
Needed new state ID and am pleasantly surprised by how fast the whole process was. Everyone was nice and professional. Only took an hour and I was out the door.
Took my drivers test there, the whole time she acted like she didn't care and did not write a thing down on my paper to know if I passed. When we got there I parked awfully just to see and she said 'it's fine, you passed' and handed me a blank paper. (No wonder Cleveland, TN people cannot drive).
If you call them on the phone they act like they don't care and are rude.
