We got our food and the soup spilled in the bag. They left off the side rice and when I called to get a credit they said I called too late to get a credit. I would not recommend.
First time. So I'll give them a 4.. but this won't be the last time I'll try them. Just ordered from hibach express.. food is hot and just how I wanted! Thank you..
I ordered from Dinner Delivered 2 to 4 times a month for several months. 75% of the time my order is messed up and/or incomplete. I blame the drivers, who I always tipped generously, as they should be checking the orders before they leave the restaurant to make sure it is correct! Tonights incomplete order has left a member of my household HANGRY for the last time! They just lost a patient, generous customer. I won't be ordering from them again.
I have never had an issue, today my order was wrong and they offered to credit the entrée that was wrong back or have it redelivered. I felt bad bc it's the restaurant's fault but they took care of me!
Ordered takeout from Jenkins Deli and it was great! Added on a diet coke from Dinner Delivered and when I took the first sip, it was totally flat! Looked at the expiration date........5/27/17 (6 months out of date). Lesson learned, order the drink from the restaurant. Great, quick, accurate, and friendly service though.
