Always good subs... always good service !
I come and spend $40 on 4 subs and drink. As I am getting sweet tea the first container is empty, but the second container is full and both say sweet tea. After filling my cup I come to find out that it is not sweet at all. I asked the guy behind the counter if he could throw some sugar in it and they said no they were going to close and if they did they would just have to throw it out after I left. I responded by stating that they were going to dump it anyway so couldn’t they throw some sugar in it? The response was no they could not.

Love the Hook & Ladder subs and the fact that they take your change from your meal and donate to Fire Dept
Great! I've never been here before today and the food is amazing and you can round up your bill to the next dollar for the first responders! I'll definitely come back. The service is great and the environment is very nice and clean.
