I do not generally do reviews, but felt compelled to do so for this company. Jones Properties, LLC has an impeccable staff that is always at the ready anytime you contact them. They are courteous, conscientious and friendly. The properties are beautifully maintained. If you're in Cleveland and need to rent space for house or office, be sure to call them. You won't regret it.

If you have a maintenance issue good luck getting it looked at. Had a leak in my ceiling and called 3 times and they still haven't come to look at it.
