We like our phones and service with boost but the customer service has left a lot to be desired until today. Ruben was most helpful and respectful! This is my store from now on!
Worst experience ever! The sales girl Gabby was very nice but Boost customer service sucks! They cheat you out of money. They promised a free month for both phones we bought cash, without interruption of service to the plan we added the phones onto. They did not give us the free month on each phone and they turned off all 4 phones on the plan then billed us double! We called customer service but they even billed us for a credit we had instead of applying it to the account. Then we got so frustated during the first week of service, we went back to the store to return the phones and cancel the service, they refused to return the money for the phones and refused to return the money we had overpaid. They told us they could not refund ANYthing. The store did not accept returns either and that was not told to us when buying. So, in other words, we Paid $300 for a weeks worth of prepaid service! Now we are stuck with $120 worth of useless phones that cant be used at any other provider! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
