I was able to find a pair of hiking boots without any sales help. Never did find a shoe department employee.
I figure they just need to cancel the coupons or get rid of coupons all together, and give better pay to the employees because obviously no one wants to work a $7.25 hour job in this millennium. You want serious workers pay serious wages. No grown adult or rational thinking being will ever want this job for the meager pay. 2nd, most the customers that come to this store just need to shove the coupons right back up their butts and stop trying to demand price changes because you're to lazy to go to Wal-Mart next door.
This store is closing soon like most retailers for sure. Just a matter of time. They advertise low prices but are far from it. They can barely compete with the overpriced Hibbets in the same mall with them. The store stays a wreck. Merchandise is all over the place so you can tell the employees really don't care.
Employees are very rude and unhelpful. I tried to exchange sizes in an article of clothing that was a gift, tags on, never worn, purchased days prior. I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift but didn't think much of it bc of afformentioned reasons. Cashier and manager didn't offer any explanation and were unapologetic just flat out said no. Additionally, the manager told me it was my problem since I didnt have the receipt and there's nothing they could do.
1 star is all the place gets. The ONLY workers you see are at the register (IF -big if- that). The hunting/camping/fishing section is disgustingly unorganized, smells like a moldy basement, and it seems like most of the fishing rods/reels have broken parts in them. The only thing halfway decent (at best) about them is prices on fishing gear. I would recommend a trip by there ONLY if you're in the area and bored.
