Nice staff and Dr. Bob has been good for my dogs.
The place is dirty, the vet and the staff are rude. Treated my dog like he was a piece of furniture and had a little to say. Recommend avoiding!
You will not find cushy chairs and decor tailored to your comfort and Dr. Sanders isn't particularly chatty but he is an EXCELLENT vet, thorough and professional. My family has been bringing our pets here since we moved to Cleveland in the early nineties and I wouldn't see anyone else. He has cared for our family pets when they're sick, put them down when they're old, even saved a life. I'd recommend to anyone and everyone that wants the best care for their furry family
not your normal set up with a nice office or very great bed side manner. BUT a very good Dr. went one time and he helped both my dogs with out it costing a arm and leg. I will be going here for now on with all my 5 dogs and 3 cats. DR Bob cares about animals and is great Dr.
Dr. Sanders may not be very talkative, but that does not mean he is not a great vet. He is kind and gentle with our fur babies. I am so very glad I found such a good vet when I moved to the area. If you need a great vet, I recommend Dr. Sanders.
