My husband and I will only recommend Mountainstone for small animals. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and friendly, especially Dr. Wilson.
Now I am forced to find another companion because life is too short, as Frank has shown me.
I promise they are a money pit and will do anything to gain a dollar by using situations like the one I just explained against you. Go to another vet.
I've had nothing but trouble. My dog was having issues. They suggested an xray and we agreed. They came back and said they couldn't see anything because she just ate. My logic is, if you are a professional talking to concerned clients, wouldn't you ask of the dog had eaten so that you could make an informed decision?
I have been taking my dogs to Mountainstone for a few years. The doctors and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors always call very promptly to inform me about their bloodwork, etc. Lori, the groomer does great work! She is so kind and compassionate with my fur babies. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I had a 32 hour old pet fly named Frank. When i strolled into these doors with him attached to a balloon string they laughed at me and said "we don't treat that kind". I don't know about you guys but this is America. It doesn't matter the color, species or sex. I should be treated like an actual customer. Frank later died when he could have gotten medical attention.
