A local, former Honda dealership employee highly recommended Jonathan Smith's shop- Smith Automotive Solutions, Inc. I was immediately impressed and very satisfied with the service we received on our Honda Odyssey van on our first visit. There were no high pressure sales efforts or attempts to push extra, unneeded repairs as I've experienced at many other businesses. Jonathan is an ASE-certified Master Technician himself, so he hires only high caliber, knowledgeable and professional technicians. Dewy Farris, Service Advisor, was very helpful as well and ensured our vehicle was worked into the schedule ASAP. Needed repairs were identified, explained in detail for approval first, then expeditiously & effectively completed. We no longer own the Honda Odyssey but continue to take our current vehicles (Nissan and Ford) to Smith's for everything from oil changes to major repairs. Pricing is so much better than dealership service costs! Smith Automotive Solutions, Inc. is a trustworthy & reliable, well-managed business with a wonderful staff that I recommend to all my friends and family.
