My girls get burned during the wax treatments , why? Designate someone to pay attention during this process? My wife was the last customer of the day before and the employee rushed thru the entire process. The employee skipped steps and failed to put a final coat of clear on her nails. The error was pointed out and the employee assured her it was “ ok”. Employees tried to blame her for ruining the polish, telling her to be more careful, etc. Customer satisfaction.
My wife and both my daughters frequent Zen and have been loyal customers for years.
I do not usually write reviews but I thought this location really deserved as much positivity and recognition as they can get. I had such a wonderful experience here and I will be coming back for all my manis and pedis :) They did such a wonderful job on my nails and everyone was very professional.
I've always been pleased with the quality of work here for a year. Owner shop asked me what service I wanted. All of technicians here were fun and kind. My manicure turned out so natural and nice! You should try to make an appointment!

Easy and with instant confirmation after booking an appointment. VERY FABULOUS!And with timely needs to make sure I satisfied with their service. The salon itself is clean and not even a little axiton.
I have come here twice and felt this place was ok, but not very friendly. I didn't notice any sanitary issues. They made a comment about my husband's feet as he received a pedicure. He works on his feet all day so regularly pedicures help. I thought the comment was rude but he has thick skin and didn't seem to mind.
I was very impressive for this salon.
My wife has made the choice to go elsewhere due to less than average experiences in the last few months. Choosing to share the negative accounts of trips during the last few months in hopes of improvement. The positive experiences are simply no longer greater than the amount of mistakes or disregard for the customer.
Customer satisfaction needs to be your top priority, period.
