0 stars for this joke of a company!!!!! I would never recommend ANYBODY to this awful company! I called and was asking if I could get a quote on auto insurance and the first thing the old lady done was put me on hold like 3 times before even getting my name. Then she asked me over and over how to even spell my name when I said it real slow and very understandable. She just didn't take me seriously. She laughed when I first spelled my name for her. Then she laughed when I told her I wasn't sure how many miles I drive a day because I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and I go to people's homes so I drive a lot. Then the lady tells me I have to have a certain type of insurance because I have elderly people in my car and I don't. I just go to patients house and take care of them. None of my patients ride in my car. So they tell me only Progressive will do my insurance and that's who I have no so why would I stay with them? And how dumb are they to say only progressive when I already said that's who I'm with. They're very rude there and take everything as a joke! And to top it off.. the guy that got on the phone to tell me he'll look more into it and call me back didn't even make sure he had the right phone number and hung up on me! Very very terrible place to get insurance from just because the way they treat you and laugh at anything you say to them!
It's always been the cheapest for myself so it may be for others.
