I've always felt extremely welcome every time I visit and everyone is always nice and helpful. Plus every so often they have free cookies.
Jessica Keith is the insurance lady I work with. She's nice, friendly, and very hospitable. She explained things that I asked about. If I have any questions, I feel free to call and ask her. I always have a welcoming experience and she remembers who I am like I'm a personal friend. I recommend going to see Jessica if you are looking for insurance.
Truly a good neighbor. My rep, Jamie is the best! And the whole office has a very welcoming atmosphere. Jamie helped me to transfer a policy and helped my young daughter get the best possible coverage for the lowest rates. Now I feel very secure with our cars and belongings. They are pretty good until you have to tell them you are gonna switch. I told them on the 9th that I was just not gonna renew on the 27th. So they said they were going to take care of it. A week later they send me a letter saying that I cancelled on the 9th. Simple mistake I thought. So I called and they said that my agent said I requested to cancel it that day not to wait till the 27th and because she said i was lying they weren't going to do a thing about it, and proceeded to tell me that because I had cancelled and reinstated my policy a few times in the last 4 years they would rather lose me than deal with me anymore. So because of them and their mistake I now have a lapse in coverage. Thankfully my new insurance helped me in this area and went ahead and put in for the date they messed up. Not only have they lost me but my family's business.
Jaimie Adams was awesome!!! She exceeded all of my expectations! Jaimie has been there for me through every step and any hour of the day. She was very pleasant and professional. I've never had an agent so prompt and caring. She went above and beyond to help me out, and I am grateful for everything she's done for me!!!
