In this day and age it's rare to find customer service on this level. I ended up switching to Jake because my other insurance suddenly over-charged me and wouldn't update basic info such as a new vehicle purchase on my policy after I gave them a month and many phone calls to do so. I was so frustrated that I actually ended up spending MORE by switching to State Farm with Jake and in the end I'm glad I did. - My reasoning was that if my current insurance couldn't help me in a timely manner with something so basic, I would hate to deal with them in a real emergency when I needed help and submit a claim. Now I'm confident knowing that if the worst possible happened to me that he would really have my back and take care of me. I've never delt with a more genuine and honest agent in my 30 years of buying insurance. I've come to know Jake personally and he actually values his customers and reputation more than making a quick buck. Very rare these days. If you are considering getting insurance or switching, go in and talk to Jake and you will understand the confidence that I have for his local agency.
Got to volunteer with them at a local 5K/festival where we dressed up and played games with children and families of Cleveland! They were so nice and so great with the community and made my Saturday so great!!!
I switched from Acceptance to Jake's a while back, great service from the staff, they made sure I was comfortable and I didn't wait long to talk to one of them, which was a huge relief!
I have been doing business with this company for awhile now but until recently have not understood the lengths they go to to help their customers! Jake and his wife are amazing and care about us greatly. After an accident in October, I had the opportunity to deal with State Farm Claims which had excellent customer service, made the process so easy and went through great lengths to answer all of my questions and ease my mind about the process.
