Pretty good surprised for a chain. Nothing over the top but good.
All I can say is yum! And the amount of fries you get is awesome
This place makes great "burgers and fries." It's in their name, it's what they do, and they do it splendidly. A little pricey, but you'll have more than one meals worth (unless your stomach is a bottomless pit), it's so worth it.
Though it is a chain restaurant, it is amazing how personal the people that serve can be. The food is very impressive, especially the additional fries that they give you in each order. It's not they are giving away bad or so-so quality either. The fries are awesome. My first visit, when they loaded my order with more than we could eat got me hooked. If you have never been, 5 Guys is a must.
The employees are friendly, they like to joke around and have fun at work, which is very pleasing to me, even if it may get a little loud. If any Five Guys employees read this, thanks for providing great service and for being happy at work, I know it makes a difference for you too.
I try to eat here every time I'm in Cleveland on leisure travel. Their burgers are to die for, and the selection of add on items are unmatched. This is the only place I know of where you can truly customize your burger, and their fries are fresh and tasty. A very unique place with bottomless fresh peanuts, and the staff is very friendly.
