Food was not cooked as ordered and then waiter added more cheese on top of what was already prepared incorrectly. He immediately realized his mistake but did not apologize or make it right. We had been waiting for our food for a while and we were on a time crunch so I did not have time to wait for it to be prepared again. He never apologized for his error and had an attitude when someone else at the table asked him if he was going to correct it. To be fair the others at the table their food was prepared as asked and they said was delicious. Maybe our waiter was having an off day and had too many other patrons to care for.
Our waitress name was Leah and she was AMAZING!!!!! We have had good experiences at Olive Garden but nothing like this. Leah was very attentive to our table and answered all our questions and treated us like we were the only ones in the restaraunt even though she had other tables around us. She was very prompt getting our food out and we never got to less than half a glass on our drinks before she brought fresh drinks out. Thanks to Leah we give Olive Garden in Cleveland Tn 5 stars :-)
The food was pretty good, but the desserts are great! Service was a bit slow, taking about 5 minutes or so before our server acknowledged we were at the table. The pay kiosk at the table is a nice, convenient addition.
I simply love this Olive Garden. It is BY FAR the best I have ever been to. The staff is so witty and polite!
Love this place! Excellent selections and a terrific salad. Soft warm bread sticks and Alfredo dipping sauce is the best! Menu changes enough to keep it interesting. A can't miss resturaunt and place we go to as often as we can.
