Travel to Birchwood Tenn every 2-3 months and stay at Holiday inn Express in Cleveland. Thought we would use gift cards just received for my favorite restaurant. Normally Longhorns is only place I can get well done steak and it be delicious and juicy. Wasted money on this visit. My husband ordered medium....both came well and dry as could be. Baked potatoes were dry as well, waiter gave no attention to empty glasses and asked for bread twice. Got dessert to take back to hotel and found nothing to it with upon return. We will continue to stay in hotel but will not use this restaurant there next door again. True disappointment for this Longhorns lover
Love longhorn but hate this one, I'm from Atlanta and was going up north for vacation, stopped on this location during our ride and first thing I noticed ONLY WHITE PEOPLE EVERYWHERE! Keep in mind I'm not white, I'm from Brazil. We get in and they send us to a dirty table with sticky seats, then we wait 15 minutes for someone to come wait on us and no one comes, people came in way after us and they already had their drink. RACIST PEOPLE. This is what I get for going to a redneck restaurant in a redneck city.

I bought the expensive Flo's Tenderloin it was tender, but with very low quality taste..never again for me.
I will eat here again because there other steaks are good.
Visiting Tennessee for the weekend and decided to come to a nice little restaurant. We went there and waited for about 20 minutes and no one came to our table not even for drinks and people that sat after us got served way before us. SORRY WE’RE NOT WHITE. Hillbilly town, hillbilly restaurant
