Andrew C: USPS ground shipping can take up to two weeks. USPS has not listed a date with the tracking at this time. They usually scan them in and update at the end of each day.
I told them i am cancelling, they want me to pay for return shipment.
See my post below and note that I am changing my review from a 1 to a 5. After posting I promptly received an e-mail and a credit for the shipping fee - I'm speechless. I didn't think feedback mattered anymore. I'm impressed!!!
So, the below is my previous review, but I had to edit it. After I posted, a customer service representative emailed me. She apologized, said it was too late to get a quicker shipping for me, BUT they would refund my shipping and take 10% off my order. I so appreciate that and her attention to good service, but I am still without a washer for as long as it takes to get the correct part.

FedEx tracking shows delivery date 12/11. Called the store, they are arguing December 6 is ONLY estimate and delivery date 12/11 is appropriate.
I guess they understand that when an appliance is down people need the parts asap, I ordered my parts next business day on a Friday and didn't expect anything until Monday so I went up to the mountains to visit/use my mother's washing machine. Parts were at my door step Saturday by noon. Thank you very much.
Never again will i order from them. False advertising. They should not boast 2 day delivery...delivering in 12 days, with estimated delivery date off by almost a week..
Their video was very helpful but I ordered the part online from them I choose their shipping method with estimate of 1.7 days based on their website. Now 6 days later I contacted their online chat and this is the response

After talking with a customer service representative on the phone, I ordered the part for my washer. It came and was not the correct part for my washer. I called back, was on hold for a long time, finally got someone, and he told me, yes, they told me the wrong part, and to take apart my washer to make sure that time time I got the right part, even though I had the model number and the serial number. Which we did. Now my washer is in various parts waiting for repair. Yes, the company is refunding my money for the wrong part, but offered nothing else in way of apology (quicker shipping on the new part would have been nice, but they said I could order that quicker shipping, but I would have to pay for it myself). Also their videos are useless, being "generic". Had to go to the maytag site to find out how to take the front off the washer. I NEED my washer......but will not pay an exorbitant amount for faster shipping for something that was their fault. Poor customer service.

Ordered part on Nov 30 for dishwasher. Estimated delivery was December 6.
(Be aware: When I ordered from this company I selected the cheapest shipping option possible, it self-selected out of that choice and instead selected, unbeknownst to me, 2 day delivery (not necessary for us) for $25 as I navigated to the next checkout screen. As I pushed Confirm Purchase I saw it, but it was too late. I wrote immediately and never received a response.)
