If I could give NO stars I would. My husband got a job assignment and was suppose to get paid. Well, Friday came around and he didn’t get paid (and others were shorted). Upon calling and speaking to the recruiter, we were told it would be on by 3:00 PM. Well 3:00 came and nothing. Called up again and explained we have a family of 9, have bills that need to be paid and that we needed it done today. I was given the run around and told well, I’ll call corporate to see if they can speed it up-never did and never got a call back. So Monday rolls around, husband goes and speaks to said recruiter and was told it’ll be on the card by 3:00 PM. So we wait like idiots and like Friday, 3:00PM rolls around and nothing. So I call and was told they can’t talk to me-okay, fair enough. The husband calls and is informed it’ll be this Friday he will get paid-um are you kidding. So like I did, he explains we have had to already make arrangements for our bills due to an error on his pay and they need to make something work. He’s told to try and call those places my arrangement had been set up to pay today (because Friday we were told the money would be on the card Monday) and he said we can’t. So, she tells him she will try to get a gift card with some money on it but asked what’s the minimum we needed to pay the bills—-really? I understand people make mistakes and errors but you don’t get paid right away when you start and to then wait almost 3 weeks for the first and second pay check? They didn’t even have his information correct. I don’t understand how they can conduct business when they aren’t paying people and not doing the jobs they get paid to do? I wouldn’t recommend this temp service to anyone.....it’s now 4:00 pm on Monday and we were told we would have a call as to whether or not we could get a gift card but as history has repeated itself I’m not holding my breath. Absolutely horrible business.
Update-We’re told we could get a gift card but only for $100 and it wouldn’t be available until Wednesday and to borrow money from others to get gas to get to work. I have NO words for this......today, Wednesday and the lady isn’t even there to give us the gift card. Don’t even waste your time....go somewhere else. I should also note his assignment ended because he didn’t have the money for gas to get back and fourth to work since the company messed up his paycheck-that’s some horrible business
I applied for a customer service position and received a phone message from Cindy. I called her back within the hour and there was no answer, so left her a message that I would call again in a few minuites and again left her a message asking her to call me back. I called two more times that day and then left another message the next morning. Never heard back from her. So I am guessing it really must be a awful place to work.
Worst staffing agency to go through. They allowed me to work from home for which was great. The system they use constantly had multiple issues that I reported to the supervisors. Only to get fired and they claim I ignored calls the same week I was have sound and system issues that were reported. Not to mention they claim to reimburse for internet which they were always behind. And now they tell me they are not paying me my commission I made from warranty sales because they decided to fire me and others for "ignoring calls" when we reported system and sound issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STAFFING AGENCY TO ANYBODY. They staff start off nice and then when you call them out about your money things go left.
Does not allow you to work better positions that pay more than minimum.
I never hate anything. That is a pretty tough word. However, this company does not ever rehire, so whatever you do do not quit the assignment you are given, even if you would be a better fit for a different asignment. They put you where they want to, you do not have any say.
