With rent prices going through the roof these days it's nice that a respectable complex like Park Oak has kept their prices reasonable. Just 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and walking distance to downtown Cleveland the location could not be better. The pool is always clean like all the amenities offered such as work out center, laundry, and playground. If you need a place to stay in Cleveland TN look no further than Park Oak Apartments
Very nice apartments and very friendly staff. I love that they have a pool and the landscaping is very nice. Only down side is that they have a monopoly set up with Charter spectrum and the service is AWFUL. Internet and cable is always down and very, very slow. can't even watch T.V or surf the internet it's so bad.
