We couldn't even begin to enjoy our meal for watching our vehicle out the window because we're just not used to establishments allowing loitering!
The food I got was great. Staff was awesome.
Ordered 2 biscuits and a cheewine with a small bo round got neither biscuits a Pepsi the small no round and probably 100 napkins so thank bojangles u put the southern in southern stupidity
Finally, when the cashier mentioned to the manger that they were"still out there" he came into the lobby and started watching them.
He was "nice enough" and spoke with us but when asked what he was going to do about them loitering, he said, "I'll give them a few more minutes". We had been inside for almost an hour with these people hanging around in the parking lot.
The worst part was the atmosphere. When we pulled in there was an old beat up car sitting in the very front parking spot with about 3 people just hovering around it. During our time there, not only did those people continue to come in, get free water, go outside and give the cup to another, who would then come in and get water, but about 4 other people showed up and started hanging around in the parking lot with them.
This was the first time we've ever been to Bojangles and will be the last. The food wasn't that great. Mashed potatoes tasted like watered down instant potatoes and the chicken tenders were so crispy you couldn't take the chicken.
Great place in Cleveland Tennessee. Julia Barnard is a great asset to your company. Very friendly...
Finally they left, as they could tell they had now gotten the attention of everyone inside. Worst first time experience ever!
Odd customer promoting bad appearance on the counter that the staff seemed to be supporting despite the fact. Biscuit was hard and aged from sitting on the heat shelf it seems. Staff could be a lot friendlier but I don't expect too much from anyone working for $8.00/HR. You can't be happy with that paycheck realistically. Hope to see some improvement as there is plenty of other places I can spend my money for breakfast.
