Haven't been back for several months, they stopped sending out the B1G1 free coupons for the steak burgers and melts. Not happy
I had a great service here today. Had a very nice guy the keep checking in to see if we needed anything else. I found it to odd because it was like every 5 mins he would check on us. I foud that a bit too much BUT I liked that it wasn't like most people that wait even longer than 10 mins. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because this other group of people never got served until I left. No one knew who had to take there orders. Also to mention. The server guy at my table came back to tell us he was going on brake and introduce us to the new person.
We had the snack pack because we were not very hungry. Wow it was really good and uh ... it was quite a snack! The price is crazy it was 2.99. delicious burger and fries. Great service.
My husband and I love to eat here and service is great with a certain server. I wanted to download the app for deals and rewards but it asked for personal information. You should only need an email. Food and service great. App not so great. At Cleveland Tn location, we love Sara,
Great food at a very competitive price. Customer service has always been good and the bathrooms are clean. Recommend the Cajun Burger and Fries if you’re feeling spicy.
