We moved our 70 year old mother from TN to NC to live with us. From the beginning, Matt, the owner made us feel comfortable and relieved with what would be a very emotional chapter in my mother's life. What seemed like an overwhelming and impossible task, he came in and made it possible. His quote was was reasonable and fair, and it did not change when the move was over. His team that was part of the three day move(packing, loading and unloading) was friendly and professional, and by the end of the move we felt that we were saying goodbye to three new friends. I would recommend this company without hesitation. They did an outstanding job and I do not have one problem or complaint. Thank you again Matt for an outstanding job!
Boundless moved my professional office across town. My compliments to the crew who were punctual, professional, careful and personable to work with. They arrived on time and everyone had an assigned task in a very organized manner. Each item was wrapped carefully and handled as if it belonged to them to protect. They deserve every praise I can bestow on them from the inception of dealing with the review and estimate, the arrival of the crew, the delivery to the new address and never once did anyone slack in doing their job. The crew was friendly and worked diligently. If I ever have to move again, there is no question---Boundless is the "Go To" company I would retain. And by the way, their pricing is very reasonable and there was no damage whatsoever to any of the items moved, mainly because they treat your items with the care they would if they owned them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Ten Stars. We are thrilled with how great our move went using Boundless Moving and Storage. They took excellent care of our belongings and packed all of them just like they were their own possessions. The packers and movers were professional and friendly, and if we asked them to do anything like move something heavy all around a room or back upstairs they did it with a smile. They did not nitpick by adding charges for a few extra things we asked for, they gladly adjusted the plan and helped me when I hadn't really finished packing what I said I would have ready before. They were respectful of our newly-painted walls and new floors. They even came back to our house a day after the move was complete because I thought our new bed support needed to be checked, and fixed a piece of it at their shop for us! They left us much more than satisfied, and they cost less than the other two reputable movers we received bids from. They also sent a few packers out a day before the move to help me pack a library of books, labeling the boxes by shelf order. Superb!
