They have 2 different senioroties, one is the company and the other is the terminal. You need to know the difference before you transfer to another unit.

And they pay very little for mileage. It's capped at 40.5 per mile after working for them for years.

And they hire women at the guard shack which slows everything down at Peyton's. They are less efficient and time consuming. Securitas had much better and efficient workers which made it easier on the drivers.

Too many of the Kroger Stores unloaders don't want to do their jobs to make it easier on the drivers, who are on a strict time schedule with the Quailcom. The Kroger workers lose the keys and many of them just don't care. This is wrong.
They do not give runs by seniority but by bid runs. Bid runs get first runs But if you take a bid run and miss the run for any reason then you are fired and you are forced to sign a paper saying so. The dispatchers can give you runs by whether they like you or not, which is too much power to dispatchers. Most companies have this same problem. Of coarse the company must make sure the customer is taken care of but it doesn't have to be with transgressing or bulldozing over one another. Most dispatchers where we are, are good though.
The terminal we are at is better than most because the manager is most usually and exceptionally a good one.
