The owner himself lied to me. They will take your money and still put a lock on your unit. I recommend no one use them or any of their affiliated companies. They have several throughout Cleveland.
not even a real moving company. no vanline affiliation. its one guy who rents a uhaul and hires labor ready. no insurance and does not answer the phone or return calls after damaging half my furniture and cashing my check. waste of time to even pick up the phone :(
Have been here for 3 years and they are wonderful to work with. Friendly and worked well with me when I was sick for a few months.
