Prompt service. Reasonably priced. The lady that took our call and the tow truck driver, Josh, were both very polite. The tow truck arrived at our location very fast when our truck broke down. Josh was knowledgeable and efficient. We would definitely use them again, if needed and would recommend this company to our friends.
Very sad company to deal with. They are a rip off. This company went to a Pilot. Truck stop an put a lock on the driver's glad hand an refuse to remove it till the tow truck driver received $250. Now the driver of the semi was waiting for a parking spot when before Titan was called. When Titan showed up the driver of the semi was parked in a reserve spot an inside paying for his spot. The tow truck driver attempted to hook in to the semi. But a couple of drivers stood in front of said semi. So the tow truck driver went an put a lock on his glad hand an demanded $250 to remove it. This is not the type of company I want to deal with. Titan towing sucks!
GREAT company doing business in a tough industry. When there customer calls them to remove a truck that was felt to be parked illegal what are they supposed to do. Complain about the truck stop not the towing company.
They towed my car today and did a great job. Very professional and prompt. I highly recommend them.
This place is performing robberies at the nearby pilot truck stop, 250.00 to remove a lock from an airline that they placed. This is pretty typical coming from the people of Tennessee. They can't seem to make a living legitimately so they steal, Rob, pilfer anything they can to make ends meet.
