They took our church photographs and we couldn't be more disappointed in them considering the price we paid. People's shoulders are cut off and the backboard that they we placed on is amateur at best along with the cut edges. We just keep the photos in a folder.
They took pictures at my son's daycare and did an excellent job. A little expensive but for my sons first photos i had to buy! The guy was willing to work with me and i got to take my sons portfolio home with me the same day. The only thing i would ask from the company is if next time we could have at least a few days to choose a package and be able to get the money together for the pictures. But over all AWESOME with the kids and pictures!
I, highly, recommend these photographers. My daughter has had her pictures done by this company 3 years in a row. They are amazing with the children, genuine down to earth people that make the session and the experience fun! Their customer service and quality has been nothing less than excellent. My family looks forward to these pictures every year and my daughter, always, can't wait to see "Mr. Rick."!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My son took pictures at his daycare and we were PROMISED the disc back by a certain time. Well we received them 2 weeks after that, making it pointless for most parents to have purchase the disc in hopes of having the pictures back in time for Christmas cards to be made. I reached out to the company and was told the person who sold us the pictures shouldn't have told us we would receive the disc earlier than we did and there was nothing they are going to do. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. WILL NEVER ALLOW MY SON TO TAKE PICS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WILL STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THE DAYCARE TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
